AN ACT ELIMINATING THE EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate 1
the earned risk reduction credit program. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the earned risk reduction credit program.
