AN ACT SUPPORTING AGING IN PLACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2020, to expand the provision of community-based and home-3
based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's 4
disease. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the provision of cost-effective, community-based and
home-based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's
disease.
