AN ACT REQUIRING RETROACTIVE MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY FOR
HOME CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require 1
retroactive reimbursement for eligible Medicaid costs for home care in 2
accordance with federal law. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide Medicaid coverage retroactively for eligible home care
clients in accordance with federal law.
