AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW VOLUNTARISM
NEEDS OF THE STATE OMBUDSMAN'S NURSING HOME PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review (1) whether the Office of 1
the Long-Term Care Ombudsman has enough volunteers to reach all 2
nursing home residents and relay their needs, and (2) 3
recommendations to attract more volunteers if necessary. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to ensure there are enough volunteers to reach
nursing home residents and relay their needs to the State Ombudsman.
