AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE REMEDIAL ACTION AND
REDEVELOPMENT MUNICIPAL GRANT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Economic and Community Development, from the General Fund, for 2
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, for the purpose of providing 3
funding for the remedial action and redevelopment municipal grant 4
program, established pursuant to section 32-763 of the general statutes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for brownfield remediation projects.
