AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF BIRCH GROVE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN TOLLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Administrative Services for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
the town of Tolland for the repair or replacement of Birch Grove 6
Primary School in Tolland. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the repair or replacement of Birch Grove
Primary School in Tolland.
