AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE VALLEY REGIONAL FIRE SCHOOL IN
BEACON FALLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
fourteen million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of providing a 5
grant-in-aid for the development of the Valley Regional Fire School in 6
Beacon Falls. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the development of the Valley Regional Fire
School in Beacon Falls.
