AN ACT REQUIRING A FINANCIAL AUDIT OF MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC
ENERGY COOPERATIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-233c of the general statutes be amended to require a 1
financial audit of the preceding five-year period of municipal electric 2
energy cooperatives. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a financial audit of municipal electric energy cooperatives.
