Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study that will 1
consider how to give access to higher speed Internet service to 2
businesses and residents of the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To study how to give access to higher speed Internet service to
businesses and residents of the state.
