AN ACT CONCERNING POLICIES REGARDING REINSTATEMENT OF
UTILITY SERVICES AND DEPOSITS COLLECTED BEFORE
REINSTATEMENT OF SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to modify policies regarding 1
reinstatement of services after utilities are disconnected for 2
nonpayment and the timing of the deposits collected from customers 3
before utilities are reinstated. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To change the policies regarding reinstatement of utility services and
deposits collected before reinstatement.
