AN ACT AUTHORIZING DUAL LANDINGS OF FISH IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner 1
of Energy and Environmental Protection to allow fishermen who are 2
licensed in more than one state to engage in dual landings of fish. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the state fish industry to continue to conduct business in
the state.
