AN ACT AUTHORIZING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT BONDS FROM
THE GREEN BANK FOR THE FUNDING OF STORMWATER
SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Green Bank 1
to issue environmental impact bonds to fund the municipal costs of 2
developing separate stormwater systems. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To help fund municipal stormwater systems.
