AN ACT EXTENDING THE MANUFACTURING APPRENTICESHIP TAX
CREDIT TO PASS-THROUGH ENTITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-217g of the general statutes be amended to extend 1
the manufacturing apprenticeship tax credit to pass-through entities. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of apprenticeship opportunities in the state.
