AN ACT PROHIBITING HUNTING ALONG THE QUINNIPIAC RIVER IN
NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit hunting along the 1
Quinnipiac River in New Haven in the vicinity of Interstate 91. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the public and the environment in the area of Interstate 91
along the Quinnipaic River in New Haven.
