AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONS TO CARRY HANDGUNS
IN STATE PARKS AND FORESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize any person with 1
a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver to carry a handgun for self-2
defense in state parks and state forests. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow any person with a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver to
carry a handgun for self-defense in state parks and state forests.
