AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF COMMERCIAL
KENNELS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to redefine the term 1
"commercial kennel" to mean a place maintained for boarding or 2
grooming five or more cats or dogs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt individuals who care for four or fewer animals in their
home that are owned by other individuals from being regulated as a
commercial kennel.
