AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTAIN OUTDOOR RUNS AT
REGIONAL ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Agriculture to approve the use of an outdoor run in a regional animal 2
control facility when such outdoor run is not more than sixteen inches 3
in length shorter than the minimum length of eight feet upon a 4
determination that the building design does not allow for a 5
modification of the outdoor run to meet such minimum length. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide flexibility in the outdoor runs of certain regional animal
control facilities.
