AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC WORKS TOWN GARAGE IN
VOLUNTOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
five hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of 5
providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Voluntown for the construction 6
of a Public Works Town Garage in Voluntown. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the construction of a Public Works Town
Garage in Voluntown.
