AN ACT CONCERNING STRANDED TAX CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the ability of 1
Connecticut businesses to use previously accumulated tax credits for 2
the purpose of capital development, business investment or other 3
economically significant projects. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the ability of Connecticut businesses to use previously
accumulated tax credits.
