AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL STORAGE OF EVICTED
TENANTS' POSSESSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 47a-42 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that municipalities and landlords store the 2
possessions of evicted tenants. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that municipalities and landlords store
the possessions of evicted tenants.
