AN ACT CONCERNING THE COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL
ADVOCATE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-129c of the general statutes be amended to: (1) 1
Require the Judicial Department to establish and administer the court 2
appointed special advocate program, (2) ensure that said program is 3
administered in the Bridgeport Superior Court for Juvenile Matters, 4
and (3) remove the reference to "within available resources". 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the financial resources to establish and administer the court
appointed special advocate program.
