AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF WORK OPPORTUNITY
TAX CREDIT APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to require the Labor 1
Department to process applications for the Work Opportunity Tax 2
Credit and issue the tax credit certifications in a timely manner. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Labor Department to process applications for the Work
Opportunity Tax Credit and issue the tax credit certifications in a
timely manner.
