AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PRESCRIPTION DRUG REVIEW BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a prescription 1
drug review board to investigate spikes in prescription drug pricing. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase transparency in prescription drug pricing.
