AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES TO
GUARDIANS OF ADULT CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL
DISABILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide guardians of adult 1
children with intellectual disability with the same stipend provided to 2
those providing care under the Connecticut home-care program for the 3
elderly. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide additional resources to those providing care to adult
children with intellectual disability.
