AN ACT CONCERNING NURSING HOME STAFFING LEVELS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require adequate reporting 1
of the number of nursing home staff in order to ensure the safety and 2
well-being of nursing home residents. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate reporting of the numbers of nursing home staff.
