AN ACT CONCERNING MOBILE INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow emergency medical 1
services providers and other providers to divert potential emergency 2
department users to other health care providers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow emergency medical services personnel and other health care
providers to divert potential emergency department users to other
health care providers.
