Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require a criminal history 1 records check of all current and future employees and subcontractors 2 of home health care agencies and homemaker-companion agencies. 3 Statement of Purpose: To expand criminal history records checks of home health care agencies and homemaker-companion agencies.
