AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF PALLIATIVE CARE OFFERED BY 
HOSPICE FACILITIES LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC 
HEALTH. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That a study be required of the palliative care offered by facilities 1 
licensed by the Department of Public Health to provide palliative care. 2 
Statement of Purpose:   
To require a study of palliative care provided by hospice facilities.
