AN ACT CONCERNING A CERTIFICATE OF NEED FOR CERTAIN
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt medical equipment 1
costing under four hundred thousand dollars from the certificate of 2
need requirements. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a public health institution to move quickly to service the
needs of its community.
