AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL
SERVICES' LEVEL OF NEED ASSESSMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17a-238a be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Developmental Services to update the Department of Developmental 2
Services' level of need assessment to include the most recent medical 3
information, policies and terminology with respect to behavioral 4
health. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To bring Connecticut's level of need assessment in line with up-to-date
medical assessment policies.
