AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A CONNECTICUT
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a Connecticut 1
Transportation Authority, which would oversee and prioritize 2
transportation projects. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create an authority dedicated to overseeing and prioritizing
transportation projects.
