AN ACT CONCERNING EVENT TICKET SALES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit speculative 1
ticketing and to require transparency of the number of seats available 2
for sale to the general public. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To promote transparency in event ticket sales.
