Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 49-31v of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1
foreclosure mediation program beyond June 30, 2019. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the foreclosure mediation program beyond June 30, 2019.
