AN ACT CONCERNING HIV TESTING AT CORRECTIONAL
FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 325 of the general statutes be amended to implement 1
HIV testing of inmates and that such testing minimally be conducted 2
upon entry to and exit from a correctional facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase HIV testing for those entering and exiting a correctional
facility.
