AN ACT REQUIRING A SIXTH REGIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
ACTION ORGANIZATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Mental Health and Addiction Services to establish a sixth Regional 2
Behavioral Health Action Organization centered in Middlesex County. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a new Regional Behavioral Health Action Organization in
Middlesex County.
