AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS ON
STATE LAND NEAR PUBLIC HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the installation of 1
publicly or privately owned solar panels on state-owned land in the 2
proximity of public highways. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the installation of publicly or privately owned solar panels on
state-owned land in the proximity of public highways.
