AN ACT LIMITING THE PERCENTAGE OF NONRETIREES RESIDING
IN SENIOR HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to limit the 1
percentage and number of nonretirees that are allowed to reside in 2
state-funded housing designated for elderly persons to a ratio of 3
seventy-five per cent retirees to twenty-five per cent nonretirees. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of nonretirees residing in housing designated
for senior citizens.
