AN ACT CONCERNING YOUTHFUL OFFENDERS, TREATMENT AND
COMMUNITY-BASED SOLUTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
community-based preprosecution program or a diversion program 2
that provides services and resources to rehabilitate and redirect 3
youthful offenders. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a community-based preprosecution program.
