NOTICES BY MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to 1
publish legal notices on the Internet web sites of such municipalities. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to publish legal notices on the Internet web
sites of such municipalities.
