AN ACT EXTENDING THE MINORITY REPRESENTATION RULE TO
FIRE DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-167a of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1
minority representation rule to the legislative bodies of fire districts. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the minority representation rule to fire districts.
