AN ACT CONCERNING THE MUNICIPAL FISCAL YEAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to permit municipal 1
legislative bodies to amend municipal fiscal years to align with the 2
federal fiscal year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipal legislative bodies to amend municipal fiscal years
to align with the federal fiscal year.
