AN ACT CONCERNING FINANCIAL REPORTING BY BOARDS OF
EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require boards of 1
education to submit financial reports and explanations of all line item 2
transfers to municipal boards of finance or their equivalent in a format 3
prescribed by such board of finance or equivalent. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require boards of education to submit financial reports and
explanations of all line item transfers to municipal boards of finance or
their equivalent in a format prescribed by such board of finance or
equivalent.
