AN ACT INCREASING THE SALES AND USE TAXES ON VAPING
PRODUCTS AND ESTABLISHING A FUND FOR ADDICTION
TREATMENT SERVICES FOR CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the sales and use 1
taxes on vaping products and to establish a fund for addiction 2
treatment services for children under eighteen years of age. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the sales and use taxes on vaping products and to establish
a fund for addiction treatment services for children under eighteen
years of age.
