AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAMMING
FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (k) of section 16-331a of the general statutes be 1
amended to provide continuous equity funding to community access 2
programming and eliminate annual funding procedures by the 3
regulatory authority. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for community access programming.
