AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF CIDER AND FOOD BY
HOLDERS OF A MANUFACTURER PERMIT FOR CIDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 30-16 of the general statutes be 1
amended to authorize a holder of a manufacturer permit for cider to 2
(1) sell cider and apple wine manufactured on the permitted premises 3
by the glass or bottle for on-site consumption, and (2) sell and serve 4
food on the permitted premises. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize a holder of a manufacturer permit for cider to sell cider
and apple wine by the glass or bottle for on-site consumption and to
sell and serve food on the permitted premises.
