AN ACT PLACING THE STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT
COMMISSION WITHIN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE
STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 33 and section 9-7a of the general statutes be amended 1
to place the State Elections Enforcement Commission within the office 2
of the Secretary of the State. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To place the State Elections Enforcement Commission within the office
of the Secretary of the State.
