AN ACT CONCERNING FIREFIGHTER WORK WEEKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-305 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the fifty-six hour average work week cap for certain firefighters. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the fifty-six hour average work week cap for certain
firefighters.
