AN ACT CONCERNING THE SOUTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT
REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That special act 77-98 be amended to permit the South Central 1
Connecticut Regional Water Authority to establish separate municipal 2
water rates. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority to
establish separate municipal water rates.
