AN ACT CONCERNING ALLIANCE DISTRICT FUNDING FOR THE
TOWN OF GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, the Comptroller shall 1
pay to the town of Groton an amount equal to what such town is 2
entitled to receive pursuant to section 10-262h of the general statutes as 3
a result of being designated an alliance district pursuant to section 10-4
262u of the general statutes during the fiscal years ending June 30, 5
2018, and June 30, 2019. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the town of Groton receives its full alliance district
funding.
