AN ACT REQUIRING CTNEXT TO DEVELOP A THIRD-PARTY
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 581 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
CTNext to develop a third-party accountability mechanism to ensure 2
effective oversight over the expenditure of state funds. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To safeguard public funds.
